We aim to dispatch items within 2 weeks. However if there is any delay we will send an email as soon as possible with updated information.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At Black & Sigi, we deal with each case individually, so if you are not perfectly happy with your item, we are here to help, and will offer a full refund or exchange, if possible. Please read our terms fully to ensure a speedy return.
Customers have a 14 day period in which to contact us to request a refund or return. Please fill out the CUSTOMER RETURNS AUTHORISATION FORM in order that we can provide the best service and ensure that all product are to the highest standard. Requests received outside this window will be subject to Black & Sigi discretion and will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund earring purchases.
Item should be returned unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.
